73 and welcome. I'm Bibby, callsign KN4RQL — a licensed amateur radio operator who spends an unreasonable amount of time where radio and computers overlap.

What got me here: the quiet magic of bouncing a signal off the ionosphere and having a stranger half a world away answer back, no infrastructure in between. That same itch — making things talk to each other — is what pulls me into homelabs, servers, and small electronics projects.

This little corner of the web is where the radio side and the technology side meet.

A self-hosted stack — services and containers I run for myself instead of renting from the cloud. If it can be hosted at home, it probably is.

Code, electronics, and tinkering — from scripts that glue systems together to hardware that beeps when it shouldn't. It mostly lives on GitHub.

🔌 Radio + Computers

Where the two worlds collide: SDR for listening across the spectrum, and APRS for tracking and packet beaconing.
